1. I give permission for Thomas Clark to use the likeness of my building/location/person/logo/artwork/voice in part or in whole in the motion picture titled Drop-Frame. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials for Drop-Frame.
2. I agree to make no monetary and/or other claim against Thomas Clark for the use of these images nor any company broadcasting or selling copies of Drop-Frame.
3. I understand that my building/location/person/logo/artwork/voice might not be included in Drop-Frame.
4. All footage taken will be the sole property of Thomas Clark.
5. I have the authority to give Thomas Clark these rights.
6. This contract does not conflict with any other contract to date.
